What We Provide

- •Optional sharing: Create temporary shareable links (24-168 hours)
- •No registration required: Use immediately without accounts
What We Don't Provide
- ✗Data backup or recovery services
- ✗Guaranteed uptime or availability
- ✗Technical support or customer service
- ✗Storage beyond temporary shareable links
Acceptable Use Policy
You Must NOT Use AnnotateFast To:
- ✗Violate any laws or regulations
- ✗Infringe on intellectual property rights
- ✗Harass, abuse, or harm others
- ✗Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- ✗Attempt to hack, abuse, or exploit the service
- ✗Use automated systems to scrape or overwhelm the service
- ✗Share content containing personal information of others without consent
You May Use AnnotateFast For:
- ✓Annotating screenshots for bug reports
- ✓Creating design feedback and mockups
- ✓Educational and tutorial content creation
- ✓Personal and professional documentation
- ✓Any lawful, legitimate purpose
Disclaimer of Warranties
AnnotateFast is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind.
- ⚠No guarantees: We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- ⚠No warranties: We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- ⚠Data loss: Your data lives in your browser. Clear your browser data and it's gone. We're not responsible for data loss
- ⚠Third-party services: We're not responsible for issues with Cloudflare R2, Vercel, or other third-party services
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnnotateFast and its operators shall NOT be liable for:
- •Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- •Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- •Service interruptions or unavailability
- •Errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities
- •Actions of third-party services or users
You use AnnotateFast at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain all rights to your screenshots and annotations. By using AnnotateFast, you grant us only the minimal rights necessary to provide the service (e.g., temporarily storing shared images on Cloudflare R2).
Our Service
AnnotateFast's code, design, branding, and functionality are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our service without permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to:
- •Suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice
- •Remove shared content that violates these terms
- •Modify or discontinue the service at any time
You may stop using AnnotateFast at any time. Since there are no accounts, simply close your browser.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date will always be shown at the top. Your continued use of AnnotateFast after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Use AnnotateFast legally and responsibly. It's provided as-is with no warranties. We're not liable for issues or data loss. You retain rights to your content. We can modify or terminate the service anytime.
